What services do you offer?

We provide content creation for weddings, events, and small businesses. Our services include short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), highlight films, promotional content, and social media strategy support.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your desired date, especially during busy seasons. However, feel free to make a last-minute booking request if required.

Do you travel outside of London?

Yes, we are happy to travel across the UK. Travel fees apply for locations outside London, which will be discussed during the booking process.

When will I receive my content?

Our standard turnaround is 2-3 business days after the event. We also offer a 24-hour express delivery for an additional fee.

Do you offer custom packages?

Absolutely. We understand that every event and business is unique. After the consultation, we can tailor a package that fits your needs and budget.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please refer to our rescheduling and cancellation Terms of Service tab. We aim to be flexible where possible, especially in cases of emergencies.

Do you provide on-site direction during shoots?

Yes. We guide you through the content creation process to ensure natural, engaging footage, even if you're camera-shy or new to content.

Do you offer social media management?

While we do not yet manage accounts, we provide content strategies, posting suggestions, and consultation to help you maximise your content's impact.
